the following types of side effects:
Hot flashes: Changes in estrogen levels can affect the body's temperature
regulation system, causing patients to experience repeated hot flashes symptoms,
manifested as sudden fever, usually starting from the chest and spreading to the
neck and face, lasting for seconds to minutes.
Joint pain: Anastrozole may cause joint pain and stiffness, commonly seen in
joints such as fingers, wrists, and knees.
Fatigue: Many patients may feel significant fatigue after using anastrozole,
manifested as a lack of energy and physical weakness, which is difficult to
completely relieve even after sufficient rest.
Headache: Different degrees of headache may occur, with various types of pain
such as bloating, stabbing, or pulsating pain. Headaches may occur
intermittently.
Serious but relatively rare side effects: osteoporosis, cardiovascular problems,
emotional and mental disorders, abnormal liver function, rash, gastrointestinal
reactions. If any discomfort occurs during use, seek medical attention promptly.
