Please note that if you use a supplement during the off season, do not take Clenbuterol or Nolvadex.

Recommended Cycle Lengths

For most women, a daily dose of 10-20mg is perfectly sufficient for most purposes, and 20mg per day is probably the highest dose most women will want to take.
Although Anavar is a mild steroid with few side effects, the risk of those side effects increases noticeably as the dose goes above that level.
Generally speaking, women are advised to start at 10mg per day and at least see how that goes before increasing the dose.
Many women will find this to be sufficient for their needs. If not, it is a good idea for the user to find out how low doses affect them before they go up.
If you choose to try Anavar, especially as you increase the dose, be sure to pay attention to your body and if you start to notice any changes, stop using it immediately.

Side Effects in Women
As with any other kind of drugs, anabolic androgenic steroids have the potential to cause certain side effects.

If symptoms are ignored and the drug is continued, the symptoms may become a longer term or even permanent problem. Anavar may not be perfect for all women, but for many women it comes pretty close.
